Wells Fargo analyst Todd Stender lowered his price target for Ventas to $54 from $70 based on changed assumptions in his dividend discount model that include now higher interest rate expectations and lower dividend growth forecast among other items. The analyst reiterates a Market Perform rating on the shares.
