Citi analyst Donald Fandetti views yesterday's pullback in shares of Visa as a buying opportunity. The market has now priced in modestly lower earnings power and management's longer-term Visa Europe accretion guidance looks conservative, Fandetti tells investors in a post-earnings research note. He keeps a Buy rating on Visa with an $82 price target.

Baird raised the firm's price target on Visa to $320 from $314 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm thinks FQ2 revenue/EPS likely both beat mildly; and they like a lot as long-term compounder.
