Stifel analyst Michael Baudendistel believes that Wabtec has reached an attractive entry point because the reduction in its 2016 EPS guidance is behind it, and the headwinds the company is facing in freight markets is "well understood at this point." The analyst expects investors' focus to turn to items that are more positive for the company. He trimmed his price target on the shares to $85 from $90 but keeps a Buy rating.
