Jefferies analyst Saree Boroditsky lowered Wabtec's price target to $70 from $80 while keeping a Hold rating on the shares. The company's earnings should decline in 2020 from the combination of lower rail volumes and the continued implementation of Precision Scheduled Railroading, Boroditsky tells investors in a research note. The analyst expects Wabtec's Freight organic growth to decline double-digits, leading to earnings of $3.84 per share, well below the consensus of consensus estimate of $4.69. With that said, Boroditsky sees limited downside from current share levels.
