DA Davidson analyst Jeff Rulis raised his price target on Washington Federal to $39 and kept his Neutral rating after a Q4 earnings beat. Rulis says the bank posted a stronger than expected spread income driven by margin expansion, while its efficiency also improved. The analyst also notes that the credit profile of Washington Federal remains "excellent".
