Jefferies analyst Casey Haire says Western Alliance's "strong" capital ratio and organic capital generation give it the capacity to implement a dividend. A 10%-20% dividend payout ratio would provide some yield and still enable Western "to build upon already strong capital ratios," Haire tells investors in a research note. The analyst keeps a Buy rating on the shares with a $42 price target.
