BofA/Merrill analyst Ross Gilardi upgraded Wabco to Buy and raised its price target to $128 from $110 saying shares lagged peers in 2016 due to cyclical concerns on the European truck market. Gilardi said recent data suggests Wabco's preliminary 2017 guidance for -2 to +3% European truck production appears appropriate and believes North American heavy duty truck production has bottomed.
