Jefferies analyst Brian Johnson initiated coverage of Westpac Banking with an Underperform rating and A$26.10 price target. A fiscal 2019 earnings miss, earnings headwinds in 2020 and a cut in the fiscal 2018 final dividend "all point to the continued derating" of the shares, says the analyst.
