Barclays analyst Mark Moskowitz upgraded Western Digital to Overweight saying the valuation is too low and valuation multiples can increase over the longer term as the company delivers 3D NAND products and reduces its debt load. Hard disk drives are not going to zero, Moskowitz tells investors in a research note. He believes Western Digital's risk/reward favors upside potential and upped his price target for the shares to $60 from $57.
