Bofa/Merrill analyst Ken Hoexter downgraded Werner to Underperform and lowered his price target to $25 from $29 on shares. Hoexte said demand remains soft looking into the first half 2016 as consumer traction has not accelerated as expected, rate increases are decelerating, and driver costs continue to rise.
