BofA/Analyst Ken Hoexter upgraded Werner to Neutral and increased his price target to $28 from $25 on shares. The analyst said overall industry volume comps begin to get easier beginning in April and said the company appears to have turned the corner on its costs and margins have reached reinvestible levels.
