Stephens analyst Brad Delco upgraded Werner to Overweight and increased its price target to $36 from $30 telling investors it is an attractive way to play an inflection in TL fundamentals. Delco believes the sector is hitting a "cyclical" inflection and said Werner's recently refreshed fleet and increased driver pay will serve as a tailwind, particularly in a tightening freight market.
