Buckingham analyst Matthew Brooklier started coverage of Werner with a $36 price target and a Buy rating. The analyst thinks that the truckload market is "beginning its turn," while lower truckload capacity could result in higher prices and volumes. He adds that Werner's investments have improved its margins and driver retention.
