As previously reported, Susquehanna analyst Bascome Majors upgraded Werner to Positive from Neutral. He said he sees a risk of a "melt-up" in spot rates in 2020 driving multiples/shares higher even as estimates fall. Majors raised his price target to $46 from $43 on Werner shares.
