Citi analyst William Katz upgraded WisdomTree to Buy saying the risk/reward at current share levels is "tipped meaningfully to the upside." The analyst sees "clear signs" that WisdomTree's flows and margins are inflecting. Further, he believes a sale of the company "may be inevitable." The analyst raised his price target for the shares to $10.50 from $9.
