Sunoco (SUN) upgraded to Overweight from Neutral at JPMorgan with analyst Andrew Burd saying he estimates Sunoco will save $290M on its pending 7-Eleven sale tax bill versus prior expectation following the U.S. tax reform. 4. Ellie Mae (ELLI) upgraded to Overweight from Equal Weight at Barclays with analyst Saket Kalia saying mortgage volume processed by the company's platform will accelerate for the next two years. 5. PayPal (PYPL) upgraded to Outperform from Market Perform at Cowen with analyst George Mihalos saying he believes most of the bear worries, including margin compression, eBay (EBAY) renewal concerns, and a take-rate collapse, will not play out.
