Diamond Offshore (DO) upgraded to Buy from Hold at Evercore ISI with analyst James West saying he believes the offshore rig market will bottom over the next 6-12 months and notes shares are down approximately 42% from its mid-July peak. 5. BHP Billiton (BHP) upgraded to Outperform from Neutral at Macquarie with analyst Alon Olsha citing an increase in coal/manganese forecasts.
