After Weatherford reported lower than expected EPS, Oppenheimer says that the company's international margins, which rose about 120 basis point sequentially, were a bright spot. The firm continues to believe that the Street is underestimating the outlook for the company's international margins in 2015-2016. It raised its price target on the name to $18 from $16 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares.
