Seaport Global analyst Ken Sill upgraded Weatherford to Buy saying the selloff in shares is excessive. The analyst said Weatherford has substantial leverage to an eventual upturn in spending and should see high incremental margins given its strong cost cutting efforts. Sill lowered his price target to $7 from $7.50 on Weatherford shares.
