Barclays analyst J. David Anderson upgraded Weatherford to Overweight from Equal Weight, saying that while both bulls and bears on the stock have "strong arguments," he believes the stock's current valuation tips the scales in favor of the bulls. New CEO Mark McCollum has an opportunity to "put points on the board fairly quickly," added Anderson, who also lowered his price target on Weatherford to $6 from $7.
