As previously reported, Raymond James downgraded Weatherford to Market Perform from Outperform. Analyst Praveen Narra said lower oil prices have led to debt concerns and believes restructuring risk has increased and the maturity wall may be too much to overcome. Narra said the clock is ticking on the debt restructuring negotiations and the recent oil price collapse has pushed back an oil-driven recovery by a quarter or two.
