After touring Western Gas' Delaware Basin property, RBC Capital analyst Elvira Scotto is more upbeat on the company's growth potential. The analyst thinks that the company can benefit from "strong" crude oil production growth, increasing third party volumes, and the growth of its gas gathering and water disposal businesses. She raised her medium term growth outlook for the company to 5.5%-6% from 5% and keeps an Outperform rating.
