As reported previously, Baird downgraded Whitehorse Finance to Neutral from Outperform as it believes the company's higher risk balance sheet and poor track record of capital preservation leaves little room for P/NAV multiple expansion from current levels. Baird maintained its $12 price target on WhiteHorse Finance shares.
