Stifel analyst Chris O'Cull upgraded Wingstop to Buy and raised his price target to $92 from $80. The analyst contends that the company's system sales growth will remain in mid to high teens for the foreseeable future and generate higher cash flows from increased average unit volumes thanks to its national advertising and digital ordering initiatives. O'Cull also believes that the brand awareness for Wingstop has improved over the past 18 months.
