SunTrust analyst Naved Khan raised his price target on Wix.com to $154 and kept his Buy rating after its "strong" Q1 results and raised FY19 guidance, along with increased investment into Customer Solutions that is expected to boost growth in 2020. The analyst sees the added investment as a "natural extension" toward monetizing product innovations of the last 6-8 quarters. The analyst also notes the company's 21% subscriber growth of 181K topping his forecast of 163K, adding that the long-term opportunity for Wix.com is strong as "over 50% of new e-commerce subscribers are using Wix payments."
