Bernstein analyst Jonas Oxgaard started coverage of Westlake Chemical with an Outperform rating and $150 price target. The analyst notes that while most of the upside is due to the upcoming ethylene super-cycle, Westlake is also a play on Chinese environmental focus, U.S. ethylene imbalance, and U.S. chlor-alkali discipline.
