As previously reported, Iberia upgraded Whiting Petroleum to Outperform and raised its price target to $15. Analyst Eli Kantor said recent positive crude commentary from the IEA and other industry sources improve his view on prices and removal of a previous 45% oil supply risk factor applied to Whiting's net asset value.
