Cowen analyst Charles Robertson said Whiting Petroleum delivered strong Q4 results. He said the company's enhanced well completions and longer lateral results should calm investor concerns. Robertson recommends buying Whiting Petroleum on any weakness and reiterated his Outperform rating and $19 price target on the shares.
