UBS analyst Betty Jiang downgraded Whiting Petroleum to Sell saying the company is one of the Exploration & Production names most at risk of scaling back if oil prices remain weak. The analyst remains "unconvinced" by Whiting's execution track record particularly in the Niobrara. She lowered her price target for the shares to $8 from $12.
