Macquarie analyst Paul Grigel downgraded Whiting Petroleum to Neutral with an $8 price target citing increasing liquidity concerns given its 2019 debt maturities which will negatively impact its activity/production levels. The analyst said Whiting has limited financial options to improve the balance sheet despite improving results.
