Citi analyst Faisel Khan upgraded Williams to Buy saying investors should own the stock ahead of the expected sale of its Geismar ethane cracker. The sale, along with the January restructuring, places Williams on a path toward investment grade metrics before year-end 2017, Khan tells investors in a research note. He raised his price target for the shares to $36 from $32.
