As previously reported, Bernstein analyst Jean Ann Salisbury downgraded Williams to Market Perform from Outperform as delays in LNG starts and surprising growth from the SW Marcellus/Utica and Haynesville has pulled her bearish gas thesis of half-cycle breakeven gas forward. Assuming a $55-plus WTI price, the analyst believes this level could persist for about 5 years, until the next major wave of LNG begins.
