As previously reported, Baird analyst Michael Halloran upgraded Advanced Drainage to Outperform from Neutral as he sees an attractive risk/reward with its valuation at a discount to the market and he believes negative sentiment and uncertainty around results has turned higher. Halloran said expectations have bottomed, prospects for construction have stabilized, and margins should improve over time. Halloran raised his price target to $29 from $25 on Advanced Drainage shares.
