Parker-Hannifin (PH) upgraded to Overweight from Neutral at JPMorgan with analyst Ann Duignan saying her analysis suggests the company's synergy targets for the Clarcor (CLC) acquisition are "overly conservative." The analyst feels the deal "makes good strategic sense." She raised her price target for Parker-Hannifin shares to $173 from $146. 4. STMicroelectronics (STM) upgraded to Overweight from Equal Weight at Barclays with analyst Andrew Gardiner saying further market share and content gains will show during 2017. 5.
