Craig-Hallum analyst Steve Dyer said preliminary ACT data indicates July was another very soft month for trailer orders, with initial indications of July orders down 25% sequentially and more than 50% year-over-year. Dyer continues to believe that cycle here has peaked and that backlog will again be down meaningfully year-over-year when Wabash reports September numbers.
