Stifel says that "modest" results from Eli Lilly's (LLY) animal unit and pessimism about healthcare stocks led to a decline in VCA's (WOOF) stock late last week. However, the firm says that VCA's fundamentals remain strong and it expects the company to report solid Q3 results. Stifel expects the company's EPs to rise by high teen percentage levels in 2016. It keeps a $68 price target and Buy rating on the shares.
