As noted earlier, BMO Capital upgraded W.P. Carey to Outperform from Market Perform. The firm says that it's more upbeat on the company's "leadership and direction" after hosting investor meetings with W.P. Carey. The firm thinks that the company's yield and valuation are attractive, and it says that the acquisition of a W.P. Carey-sponsored fund should be "a tangible catalyst." Target to $81 from $70.
