Craig-Hallum analyst Eric Stine believes Westport's signing a memorandum of understanding, or MOU, with Weichai Power is a significant development for his investment thesis on the company, and Stine noted that once finalized, Westport will be partnered with the top heavy duty trucking player in China, as well as one of the top players in Europe. Stine reiterated a Buy rating and $5 price target on Westport shares.
