Iberia analyst Blaise Angelico downgraded WPX Energy to Sector Perform and lowered his price target to $7 from $8. The analyst said lower commodity prices have increased the leverage overhang and increase risk on the Piceance sale process, likely leading to reduced activity in 2016 and 2017.
