As previously reported, KeyBanc analyst Adam Josephson downgraded WestRock to Underweight from Sector Weight, with a $32 price target. The analyst believes his below-consensus estimates are biased downward rather than upward given worsening fundamentals in containerboard, pulp, and uncoated freesheet.
