Citi analyst Anthony Pettinari upgraded WestRock to Buy from Neutral with a $48 price target, stating that containerboard price erosion was not as bad as he'd expected in 2019 despite the difficult market conditions. He thinks much of the bad news about capacity and sluggish demand is already priced into the stock after the containerboard group has materially underperformed over the past two years, Pettinari tells investors.
