BofA/Merrill analyst Denise Chai downgraded Williams-Sonoma to Underperform and lowered her price target on the shares to $52 from $57. The analyst is turning more cautious on margins and the competitive environment and thinks a lower multiple is warranted given lower earnings visibility.
