Seaport Global analyst Walt Liptak upgraded Watsco to Buy saying the company is entering a period of higher growth. Liptak expects residential and commercial HVAC sector to accelerate in 2017 due to a strong US consumer economy. The analyst raised estimates to reflect improving leverage and sales and raised his price target to $160 from $145 on Watsco shares.
