Seaport Global analyst Walt Liptak downgraded Watsco to Neutral from Buy following the Q2 report citing lower than expected operating leverage. Liptak no longer thinks the HVAC sector will capture the same level of volume growth and pricing in 2019 and reduced his estimates on Watsco and cut his price target on shares to $170 from $190.
