As previously reported, Longbow downgraded Watsco to Neutral from Bu following the Q2 report. Analyst Chris Dankert said near-term investments and the pace of sales growth limits operating leverage, combined with increasing inflationary pressures. Dankert believes Q3 expectations are too high, but notes the recent reset has moderated downside risk.
