Wedbush analyst David Chiaverini lowered his price target for Wintrust Financial to $78 from $84 after a challenging quarter. Nonetheless, the analyst reiterates an Outperform rating on the shares as organic growth remains "strong" and the credit quality hiccup appears to be isolated to three credits with no indication that the issue is pervasive.
