JMP Securities says that Wyndham's post-earnings sell-off yesterday was partly caused by negative volume per guest trends in its timeshare business. The firm says that lumpiness in the timeshare business is probably being caused by a rockier than expected rollout of the company's new selling programs and may not represent a deeper problem with the business. The firm is confident that the company will remedy the issue and reiterates an Outperform rating.
