Citi analyst Robert Morris upgraded Cimarex Energy and others in the Exploration & Production space to Buy saying the eventual upturn in oil prices should "turn the tide" for the sector in 2016. Citi's commodities team expects a more balanced global oil market by the end of the year. Morris cut his price target for Cimarex shares to $110 from $125.
