Piper Jaffray analyst Edward Tenthoff noted that Acceleron raised gross proceeds of $150M through its sale of 3.75M shares at $40 per share. The analyst lowered his price target on Acceleron to $61 from $65 to account for dilution from the share offering but maintains an Overweight rating on the stock.
