Russian oil minister Alexander Novak said he expects the upcoming oil output freeze deal to be signed by some of world's top oil producers when they meet in Doha to be "loosely-framed with few detailed commitments," according to Reuters, citing sources recounting Novak's comments during a closed-door briefing. Publicly traded oil majors include BP (BP), Chevron (CVX), ConocoPhillips (COP), Exxon Mobil (XOM), Royal Dutch Shell (RDS.A) and Total (TOT).
